1. Return Request & Review Process

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Review Process:
Once we receive your request and documentation, we will review and respond within 3 business days to determine if your return qualifies under our policy.


2. Return Fees & Refund Process

Return Fees:

  • No return fees will be charged if the return is due to a defective product, missing items, or incorrect shipment.

Refund Processing:
Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 business days.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without justification.
Returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging—with proof of purchase.

We are not responsible for delays in returns or refunds caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
