Why We Do It

Back in the U.S., Boris realized how rare that experience was. So he started SizzleDelite — to help more people rediscover the magic of real, handmade pizza, right in their own backyard. Our Ember 12 oven is powered by real wood: hardwood pellets, natural chunks, or charcoal. What sets it apart is our patented heat-retention chamber, designed to evenly envelop your pizza at up to 850°F — a temperature few wood-fired ovens can reach. The result?
