Q1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Q2. How do I request a return?
Email us at sizzledelite@gmail.com with your order screenshot, receipt, product photos, and packaging photos.
Q3. How long does it take to review a return request?
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Q4. Do you charge return fees?
No return fees apply if the return is due to defective products, missing items, or incorrect shipments.
Q5. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 15 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Contact us if it's not received after 20 days.
Q6. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if damaged or wrong items are received.
Q7. Are there any non-returnable items?
Yes. We do not accept returns on customized products, clearance items, perishable goods, flammable items, or gift cards.
Q8. Can I exchange a product?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item first, and then place a new order.
Q9. Do EU customers have a 14-day cancellation right?
Yes. EU customers may cancel or return orders within 14 days without reason. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Q10. Which countries does your return policy apply to?
Our return policy applies to orders shipped within the United States and Canada.
